We were asked to design a holiday home in the idyllic landscape of North Zakynthos, in Dafnes area, near Volimes. When our office undertook the project, the concrete structure had already been built.
With that in mind, we proposed to have the common areas at the top level of the building, with a large semi-open dining room, protected by the north winds, an infinity pool and a large study.
At the lower level, we designed the master bedroom, two children’s bedrooms, two guestrooms, a gym, personnel areas and secondary spaces.
